Brief submitted February, 2014. Challenge to submit a model and production exactly as per their Creative Department . Zamac body – Total amount of stones were 124 – 5mm and 2- 4mm stones per part. All stones are original Swarovski. Objective was to create a part that could withstand shipping, that would not damage the pump, bending (squeezing) of wings by end use customer and stay well affixed to existing bottle.

The Brief:

The Solution:

Production process was molding of wings, polishing,, drilling, stringing, hot melting, assembly, second hot melting, polishing, assembly of collar, electroplating. Labor intense program to ship August 19th

The Result:

Beautiful Set of Wings to Adorn the Heavenly Bottle….
We continually met new challenges daily during the production of this large part. The factory adapted well and we worked together enabling us to deliver perfect well functioning parts on time.
